It seems to tick every soft rock criteria we&#8217;ve got.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s the final trip out for the Christmas Songbook (for this year at least) on Thursday. I think the 2nd of December taught us some very important lessons which we need to build on. Firstly, we do need to have the heating on, below freezing is not a particularly good temperature for instruments invented in the tropics. Secondly, playing Fairy Tale In New York in Patrick Kavanagh&#8217;s is like some sort of crazy dog whistle to the locals.<\/p>\n<p>It was a great meeting, probably our most successful so far. That means things can only get better. Which is why we will have hats and pies on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>As usual we&#8217;ll be in Patrick Kavanagh&#8217;s from 8pm in the room upstairs. We&#8217;ll bring copies of the <a href=\"https:\/\/moselele.co.uk\/?page_id=182\" target=\"_blank\">songbook<\/a> and the sleigh bells. All you have to do is bring your Uke and a decent pair of lungs.
